Hope you're having a fabulous day.
Mines started in a lovely way, with husband and I both not working, and having a relaxing morning in bed, with the papers, ipod and laptops, greek yoghurt with berries, and a four year old dressed from head to toe as a princess in the middle of us. It was an awesome lazy start to what has been an awesomely lazy day.
And to celebrate, I am announcing today my Pay it Forward Giveaway
I was lucky enough to be the winner of the lovely Kate from Signed With an Owl's Pay it Forward Giveaway, and now it's my turn to continue with the gives,
The whole concept is that you have a Giveaway. There are three winners. Each of these winners has to then host their own giveaway. There are no rules other than that. You can give away anything you want.
But to enter into this, you must be prepared to host your own giveaway.
Soo, to begin. I will have three prizes. This is Prize Number One, a matching Big Girl/Little Girl Flower fairy crown set. The little girl one has bells and buttons, the big girl one has just buttons.
this is made from an assortment of yarns, some wool, some acrylic |
The second prize is this cowl. It's made from the lovely New Zealand yarn that I got in my Valentines Day swap with the lovely Kim from Creative Chaos.
It also has these lovely wooden buttons, that you all pretty much overwhelmingly voted for here.
And by the way........thanks so much for the input- I feel that this is the cowl the readers built, so to speak!!!
And here is prize Number Three............
Encouraged yet again by all your lovely comments on my last post, I decided to make more map themed cards.
I decided to go with an Easter theme, since this Giveaway will end on April;3, just before Easter, and coincidentally my One Year Blogiversary!!!
So, a quick recap of the rules.
The First rule of Pay It Forward Giveaway is You do not talk about Pay it Forward Giveaway
The second rule of Pay it Forward Giveaway is You DO NOT talk about pay it Forward Giveaway
(apologies if you are not a Fight Club fan and the above made no sense to you)
OK, I'll try again with the whole rule thing
1. To enter- you have to leave a comment on THIS post only! Please state which of the prizes you would like to win, ie Prize Number 1,2 or 3
2. You do not have to follow my blog to enter. Although, if you do anyway, that's lovely, and thank you!
3. I would love you to promote this giveaway, but sadly I'm not clever enough to make a button for it. So, if you either talk about this on your blog, or include a link, (feel free to nab one of the photos for the purpose thereof), then you get an extra two votes
4. Should you win, you have to be prepared to host your own giveaway
5. It will end on April 3, which is my bloggy birthday.
6. My four year old will choose the winner by the method of pulling 3 names from 3 receptacles
7. Good Luck- may the force be with you
Thus concludes the rules
Now I will show you some more random pictures of the prizes.
Remember Prize Number 1 is the Flower fairy Crowns, Prize Number 2 is the cowl, and Prize Number 3 is the cards.
Also, just in terms of the whole pay it forward thing, I can highly recommend it, I really enjoyed winning Kate's, I won amazingly awesome stuff, and it has been good motivating myself to make stuff to give away
*the model* got tired of modelling halfway through, and pulled it from her head, saying "I dont want to be on your blog anymore, I want to play dinosaurs!" |
Have a lovely week, and thanks for entering.
If you do, that is, no hard feelings if you don't!
Well, I will probably be secretly annoyed, and write your name in my "Big Book of Grudges".
And yes, there is such a thing, it's something to do with trolls, my husband told me about it once, and I was thrilled, and determined to one day have my own !!
Just to clarify- I won't actually put you in my big book of grudges, I don't have one, and I don't really want one...............much
Have a lovely week!!
xx
Edited to add- I totally forgot to mention you have a year from winning to do your own giveaway, so no pressure to do one immediately!!
You scared me so much with the book thing I won't sleep unless I enter. If I was lucky enough to be drawn out of the receptacle, I would choose the cards.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Lovely giveaway prizes - I would like to try and win Prize 2 for the cowl x

Across the miles I think it would be lovely to have some Map Cards, but really it was a very hard decision...all three Give Away prizes are beautiful. I will be keeping my fingers crossed for a whole month. :) x
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely idea! ^.^
ReplyDeleteCount me in!
And thank you for that lovely comment, it cheered me up! :D
Happy almost blogiversary! (I would enter your PIF if I weren't already planning to hold a giveway this month for my blogiversary.) Good luck to the entrants.
ReplyDeleteThe buttons are perfect for the cowl.
♥ Very awesome...I especially love that gray cowl made with New Zealand yarn and wood buttons!!!
ReplyDeleteHello... Such a hard choice, all prizes are lovely but for me I think it would have to be the cards.. I have never seen anything like them before.. They are amazing.. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment, it means I have found yours and I love the background colors.. :))
ReplyDeleteHI, love the cowl, can I go in the draw?
ReplyDeleteIs your model picking her nose!
ReplyDeleteOk I'm in! Since you asked so nicely and I really don't want to go in your grudge book. I know you have one, your just the sort!!!! Ha!
I like your cards. Well I like all of it but I think the flower crowns should go to someone who can play fairies with their daughter. I'd be chuffed with the snood if I got picked as a winer and two of us wanted the cards then I'll be happy to have the snood instead. Since I think I may need a snood one day as my ripple snood has had theft threats. I think it is not going to be with me for long.
