It's Wednesday, so time for Yarn Along with Ginny at Small Things.
This week I'm reading the new Kathy Reichs, and quite enjoying it. I've read all her other books. I love them particularly because they are what the TV series Bones is based on.
Really good books! Really different from the TV show but!
I'm making yet another baby blanket, this is for one of the not sure of the genders!
So, this week in my spare time, I've been playing around with Mod Podge. It's difficult to source here, so I bought 2 bottles from ebay. Love ebay!
Anyway, I've been experimenting a bit, I was going to make home made brooches and fridge magnets for Christmas, not sure if any of these will make the cut, but thought I'd show you the fun I've had so far...
And lastly I found this in a charity shop this week, I love the line on it that says: "Ideal for use at home or on Safari"
You have been busy, I have no idea what Modge Podge is...but it looks like you have had fun. Your creations are very cute.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of the Kathy Reichs books - I love the TV series and I don't want to spoil either the book or the show!
ReplyDeleteI love the colours in your blanket! I also have no idea what modge podge is.....but it looks fun :)
